I. Delivery

Delivery of desired products will happen within 3 to 5 days and will be stated in your order confirmation email, all necessary details are showcased within the “Order Delivery Policy”. Our delivery partner will provide when delivering your order with signature on delivery form to confirm the delivery of your product.

K. Warranty Policy

Salam Enterprises warrants to the customer that its products will be free of defects in material and craftsmanship for a period of one month to one year; depending upon the product; from the date of original retail purchase, as evidenced by a sales invoice. If any defect occurs, the customer must return the product in the original package. Salam Enterprises will, at its option, repair or replace the product at no charge. This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, or as a result of service by any other party. Except for the limited warranties above, this product is provided on an “as is” basis, without any other warranties or conditions, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantable quality.
